JoAn Niceley is a warm-hearted author hailing from the coastal town of Long Beach,
Mississippi. With a humble beginning as a hair stylist in 1979, JoAn discovered her

In 1994, JoAn made a heartfelt promise to style wigs for cancer patients, a commitment
that blossomed into the founding of Pink Hearts Funds in 2007. As the founder of this
nonprofit organization, JoAn's mission is to provide wigs and prostheses to cancer
patients facing financial hardships. Her own journey with breast cancer inspired her to
turn her diagnosis into an opportunity for service, fostering her faith and inner strength
along the way.

Cooking…or Hair,” and “Appetite for Living,” sharing her wisdom and experiences with
